The beautiful thing about minimalism is that it is also about functionality.It gives the client the space to be who they are.

Now, let’s meet our clients. They’re a young couple and they are the life of the party. Artistic,eclectic, and are the king and queen of hosting. Getting to know them was about getting to know what kinds of events they would host. But as we always say,designing the home you want to live in today is about designing for your future. Knowing that they wanted to have kids, we set out to plan and design a house that would be fit for all parts of who they are.

The home is a two-floor penthouse suite that overlooks the city of Amman. What’s a party without a view, right? On the ground floor, there’s the living room and a theatre room that is both conducive to quality family time and social gatherings. We tucked in an art room as well because our client yearned for a place where she could explore her artistry. And for the future, it’s the perfect space for kids to express their creativity. On the roof, the space is dedicated to entertainment. It has a BBQ area, a pool and a fire pit. And while that screams a party, the blackbone approach to designing always provides balance that the space they have is also one that is serene.
